Potla’ethu Payroll Solutions(PTY) Ltd was founded in 2007 by Lesego Tebogo Josephine Mathate, after working for Softline VIP Payroll as a Training Marketing Consultant from 2005-2006. It was during this time that a passion to own a payroll services company arose. Due to the dedication shown whilst an employee of Softline VIP, Potla’ethu has now been given the opportunity to be a BEE partner of VIP. This is an initiative to empower Potla’ethu through the Enterprise Development process. Lesego boasts two degrees including a B.Com (Hons.) Business Management. In November 2010 she was presented with the National Entrepreneur Champion Award by the NSBC (National Small Business Chamber). Recently, she was approached by UNISA’s Prof. M.C. Cant of the Marketing and Retail Department, to write a case study about Potla’ethu which is expected to be published by November 2011 in the Case Study year book edition. |
