Phalandwa Nelwamondo and his wife Mary Ngubeni are Johannesburg-based entrepreneurs who began their business four years ago. Phalandwa is trained in installations. Fully accredited with Multichoice, Ellies and Samsat, he prefers doing things himself rather than delegating the job to someone else. He has roped his retired father who assists by driving the installation crews to the various jobs. While Mary prepares quotations and manages the office, attends meetings and workshops, Phalandwa enjoys being out and about, rigging dishes and aerials. He is proud that large corporates have used his services and believes this is only the beginning of great things to come. Phalandwa employs three men who have been trained to install equipment and would like to offer more jobs to people. His goal is to expand his business into other areas in the country. |
