Madambi is a young, passionate entrepreneur with a vision of elevating the teaching and learning of science and mathematics to the first choice of primary and high schools in South Africa. It is often noted in education and media circles that South Africa has one of the lowest science and mathematics student populations on the African continent and throughout the world as a whole! These subjects are not seen as relevant to the current generation of students. Madambi’s vision is to change this by publishing a science and mathematics magazine distributed throughout the education system highlighting successful role models with science and mathematics backgrounds and in essence make these subjects popular again. |
