These programs include Nutrition & Weight Management, Fitness & Exercise Therapy, HIV/AIDS Management, Chronic Disease Management, Children Obesity, Counselling & Image Consultation. Although there are other Wellness companies but there is a gap in the industry for an Institute which will provide the full service including Meal plans & Exercise Plans for clients every 2-3 months and monitor their clients’ progress. These programs are designed to provide corporate staff with often neglected personal stress and fitness management services to increase individual productivity and wellbeing. Lihle has qualifications in Nutrition & Diet and Fitness & Exercise Therapy from the Sandy Roy Therapy Institute. |
