READ, READ and READ - reading is empowering and it costs little for the invaluable knowledge gain. Be self-sufficient because only you can determine your own destiny. Though we cannot ignore our weaknesses we need to let our strengths outshine those weaknesses. So it is very important to know one-self and to concentrate on your strengths in order to thrive.
